1931~ FLOYD LEES ~ 2018

Mr. Floyd Clifford Lees of Medicine Hat, beloved husband of the late Nellie Lees, went home to His Lord and Saviour on Monday, November 19th, 2018 at the age of 87 years. Floyd leaves to cherish his memory one son, Dwight (Carol) Lees; two daughters, Roxanne Lees and Alissa (Kristin) Lees; four grandchildren, Matthew (April), Joel (Amber), Stacy (Brian) and Jeff; ten great grandchildren; two brothers-in-law, Stan Holmes and Bill Friesen; two sisters-in-law, Erma Friesen and Pinky Friesen; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Floyd was predeceased by his wife, Nellie; his parents, Ellis and Gertrude Lees; and four sisters, Edna, Betty, Nora and Joyce. Floyd was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather – a gentle godly man who touched many lives through his involvement at First Assembly of God, including his years in the bus ministry, and earlier, at the Church of God, as well as through Full Gospel Businessmen, his work at Dominion/Consumers Glass, his time with the Cub Scouts, and his day to day life in his neighbourhood, including time walking Seri. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD, 395 – 9th Street SE, on Sunday, November 25th, 2018 from 2:00 until 2:55 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at FIRST ASSEMBLY OF GOD, on Sunday, November 25th, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Ken Roset and Pastor Lyle Berg co-officiating. An Interment Service will take place on Monday, November 26th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Hillside Cemetery.
