BOB WILL

Robert (Bob) Charles Will passed away peacefully at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, at the age of 48 years. Bob was born in Medicine Hat on December 5, 1971. He was raised in Medicine Hat where he attended Medicine Hat High School and the Medicine Hat College. Bob also attended the Hillcrest College as well as Rocky Mountain College. He worked in various fields including CP Rail, Being Human Services and as a Financial Advisor at Sunlife. On July 27, 2019, Bob married his soulmate, Sherry. Proudly active in our community, Bob was involved with the Wear Plaid For Dad golf tournament, Pants Off For Men’s Health, the Cubs hockey organization and 100 Men Who Give a Damn. He loved hockey at all levels, golf, music, food and cooking. It gave him great pride that his children shared these with him. Bob wore his heart on his sleeve and lived every day like it was a cherished gift to be shared with everyone. He loved his family and friends passionately and unconditionally. He never missed an opportunity to smile or laugh. Please do that when you remember him!

Bob’s memory will be cherished by his soulmate, Sherry Yeske; children, Braedon, Makaela, Avery and Boston; his mother, Faye Davison (Doug Friesen); brother, Steve (Candee) and sister, Andrea (Dan) and nieces and nephews. He is also survived by the mother of his girls, Lilia as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandma and grandpa Burns; grandma and grandpa Maser; Braedon’s mother, Stephanie and a brother-in-law, Corey. A Celebration of Bob’s Life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street S.W., Medicine Hat on Monday, December 16, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant Gerry Getz officiating.
