1921 ~ MARTHA DURR ~ 2020

With great sadness we the family of Martha “Molly” Durr wish to announce her peaceful passing into God’s beautiful garden on Tuesday, January 14th, 2020 at the age of 98 years. Martha leaves to cherish her memory two sons, John Durr and Jesse Durr; four daughters, Bonnie (Harvey) Wolfer, Dixie (Brad) Becker, Cheryl Unreiner and Carol (Grant) MacDonald; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Martha was predeceased by her husband, one daughter, one grandson, one granddaughter, her parents and all of her siblings. The family would like to thank Pastor Jim for being there for mom. The family would also like to thank the staff at the Good Samaritan Society for the excellent care they gave mom for the last nine years. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1 Dunmore Road SE, on Thursday from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. and at VICTORY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 2793 Southview Drive SE, on Friday from 12:00 until 12:55 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at VICTORY LUTHERAN CHURCH, on Friday, January 24th, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Jim Bredeson officiating. Interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
