1933 ~ REGINA EBERHARDT ~ 2021

Regina Eberhardt of Medicine Hat passed away on Tuesday, September 14th, 2021 at the age of 87 years. Regina leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Gerhard; sons, Robert (Dianne), Ken (Yvonne); daughter, Linda (Raymond); grandchildren, Katrina (Jesse), Erika, Christopher (Alexandra), Elizabeth and Thomas; great-grandchild, Isabelle Maya. Regina was predeceased by her parents, Karl Exner and Lydia Bayer; sisters, Rose (John), Olga and Erika; step father, Oscar Bayer. Regina was born on October 15, 1933 in Mytnica Wohlynien. In 1939 Regina and her family left Wohlynien, spending years in Poland, East and West Germany. In 1953 the family immigrated to Canada, settling in Medicine Hat, where she met Gerhard. They were married on September 15, 1956 in Trail, BC. She was a long time member of St. Peter Lutheran Church. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at, Saamis Memorial Funeral Chapel, 1 Dunmore Road SE, Medicine Hat, AB T1A 1Z5, on Friday, September 17th, 2021 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Saturday, September 18th, 2021 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. There will be a private Graveside Service.
