1949 ~ PATRICIA FAIRFIELD ~ 2021

Patricia Jane Marie Fairfield of Medicine Hat passed away on Friday, December 31st, 2021 at the age of 72 years. Patricia leaves to cherish her memory her children, Leanne (Kelvin) Blatz, Keri Job and Andrea (Bobby) Burnett; grandchildren, Sydney, Kaylee, Cherise, Dawson, Kiara, Harmony, Atayah; great-grandchild, Rhian; sister, Joanne Baxter; incredibly special dog, “Bernie”; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends. Patricia was predeceased by her parents, Lorne and Marguerite Fairfield; son, Wesley Burnett; brother, Paul Fairfield; and sister, Eileen Fairfield. Patricia was born on November 4th, 1949. She grew up an “Army Bratt” – and as such, travelled and lived in many different places within Canada. She attended nursing school and dedicated many years of her career as an LPN working with Alzheimer’s patients. Patricia was steadfast in her faith and her church. She was a committed homemaker and was devoted to her family. She was immensely proud of her children and her grandchildren; doted on her “fur babies”; and will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her. A private family time of remembrance will take place at SAAMIS MEMORIAL FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1 Dunmore Road SE, Medicine Hat, AB. on Saturday, January 8th, 2022 at 1:30 pm. Interment will take place at SAAMIS PRAIRIE VIEW CEMETERY. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions attendance is by invitation.
