JAMES ‘JIMMY’ SCHNELL 1942 ~ 2022 On Thursday, December 8, 2022, in Medicine Hat, James Richard Schnell passed away with his family at his side. We celebrate his 80 year journey as a son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. James ‘Jimmy’ is survived by his five children, Deirdre Bajnoczi, Karen (David) Kolybaba, Sharlee (Dean) Schnell, Darren (Laura) Schnell, and Jodie (Bryan) Armstrong; four brothers and four sisters); 17 Grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. James and his kindred spirit will be placed to rest with his wife, Leona, at the Souris Valley Memorial Cemetery in Estevan, SK in the Summer of 2023. We will announce the date and time closer to the summer and anyone is welcome to attend.
