LYDIA WILHELM 1926 – 2022 Lydia Wilhelm of Medicine Hat, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the age of 95 years, beloved wife of the late Alfred Wilhelm. She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Shirley (Peter) Forst of Sherwood Park, Darlene (Robert) Forst of Okotoks; her grandchildren, Michelle (Ted) Morgan, Jason (Carrie) Forst, Cameron (Mat) and Sheldon (Emmy) Forst; three great grandchildren, Ivy and Taylor Morgan, Silver Forst. Lydia married Alfred on September 22, 1948. Together they farmed in the Mendham area for 28 years before moving to Medicine Hat in 1993. The funeral service will be held at Victory Lutheran Church (2793 Southview Drive SE) on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Roland Weisbrot officiating. The service will be live steamed on the church website http://victorylutheran.ca/livestream/. A private family interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery.
