ROBERT LEE BLAKLEY 1954 – 2023 It is with heavy hearts the family of Robert “Bob” Blakley announce his peaceful passing surrounded with love on April 8, 2023. Bob will always be remembered for his love of golf, the Toronto Blue Jays, his strong work ethic and quiet, but infectious laugh, his love for music and singing.
Bob was a quiet and private person, but also very witty and fun. Bob was a strong fighter, courageous, fearless, gracious, and compassionate to the end, and now he is sailing on a journey we cannot see.
“Seeing death as the end of life is like seeing the horizon as the end of the ocean.”
In keeping with Bob’s wishes, a private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Dr.Jeraj, Home Care and Palliative Home Care for their dedication, compassionate care and support that was given to Bob and to the family during this difficult journey.
