MARY MACGREGOR

MARY MACGREGOR 1938 ~ 2023 Mary Renita MacGregor of Medicine Hat, passed away at the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital on Saturday, April 8th, 2023 at the age of 84 years. Mary leaves to cherish her memory her children, Darrin of Cumberland, BC, Michelle of Medicine Hat, AB, Jason (Louise) of Medicine Hat, and Pamela (Rob) of Ft. Saskatchewan, AB; grandson, Todd, who was like a son to Mary; as well as 12 more grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sisters, Anne Barr of Red Deer, AB and Pauline Lund of Drumheller, AB; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Daniel Musteca and Katherine Musteca of Romania and Ukraine respectively; daughter, Cindy Trent; as well as brothers, Jack Musteca and Mike Musteca. Mary was a hard worker who worked and looked after her home while raising her five children on her own. She was very sociable and loved to chat and share a good laugh with her family, neighbours and friends; she had a delightful and witty sense of humour. Mary liked to stay busy. She loved spending the holidays with her family, especially Christmas, when she could be found in the kitchen baking for her family and friends. Other times she would be enjoying one of her numerous crafty talents; such as needlepoint, embroidery or crochet. During the summer months she loved to care for her flowers in her yard. At Mary’s request there will be no formal service and she will be silently remembered by all those who knew and loved her.
