LYLE DUNWALD

Lyle passed away peacefully at St.Paul’s hospital after a brief battle with cancer. Lyle was predeceased by his mother Dorthea Dunwald and father Clifford Dunwald as well as 2 infant sisters. Lyle was born in Maple Creek, the only surviving triplet.
He received his education at Golden Prairie before graduating from the U of S with a B.Sc. (Distinction). Lyle was a teacher, farmer and business partner with his family. Although he struggled at times with clinical depression, Lyle lived a rewarding life, remembered by his brother Wayne Dunwald, sister-in-law Laura Dunwald and may cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held in Maple Creek at a later date. Any donations in Lyle’s memory can be made to Canadian Cancer Society.

Gordon Fritzke has just now informed me of Lyle’s death.
I’m sure sorry to hear of it. As a kid I always respected you two as exceptional gentlemen.
Take care Wayne. Hopefully we’ll meet up again some day.
