IRENE JESKE 1930 ~ 2023 Irene Mary Jeske passed away peacefully in Calgary on Monday, October 16, 2023, at the age of 93 years. She is survived by her three children, Alan (Sandra), Linda (Kern) Briscoe and Ken (Jolynn); seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren as well as her brother, Frank (Anne) Jankulak. Irene was pre-deceased by her husband, Henry; son, Don and her grandson, Sean. Irene was born on July 14, 1930 in Coleman, AB. She spent most of her life in Medicine Hat where she raised her family and enjoyed various activities with friends. Irene was a dedicated volunteer for Victim’s Assistance and was recognized for her 20 years of service. A special thanks to her kind friend, Irene, who was of great help to her in her later years. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Family Parish, 1451 Strachan Road S.E., Medicine Hat on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Private interment will follow at Hillside Cemetery.
