Neil passed away amid sunsets and cherished pets at his riverside acreage home.
He was the beloved son of Rose & Norman Wig (both deceased), younger and only brother of Patrick Wig, brother-in-law of Melinda Rau-Wig, uncle of Bryony & Kyle Wig. Family and loyalty meant the world to Neil, and he held a special place in the hearts of his cousins Jennie Keating in Casper, WY., and Nancy Beaulieu in Swift Current. Other valued family members included friends Darren and his wife Bonnie and their 3 children, Troy and his two children, and Glenn Wig whose shop he visited regularly.
We would like to thank especially Glenn and Jodi Wig and their family, and Val and Alan Ballard, of Saskatoon, and Darren Garrett of Radisson for their invaluable help and support as we work to finalize his estate.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on 2023-12-02 at Cherished Memories Funeral Home & Crematorium, 591 Centennial Drive N, Martensville, SK.
A burial will be held at 11:00 AM on 2023-12-05 at Hillside Cemetery, 1280 10 Ave SW Medicine Hat, AB.
