MARIE “MARY” PETRO 1930 ~ 2024 Mary Petro passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at the age of 93 years. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband, James Petro; son, Kenneth Petro; brother, Elmer Kun; and parents, Florian and Justine Kun. Mary leaves to cherish her memory her children, Linne Radford; Timothy (Debbi) Petro and daughter-in-law, Barb Petro; seven grandchildren, Cheryl (Tommy) Kneebone, Lindsay (Daine) Petro, John Petro, Alana (Madison) Radford, Kelsey (Zach) Radford, Randi (Mark) Galenzoski, and Jamie (Jaret) Pocsik; four great grandchildren, Thea Galenzoski, Jude, Jovi, and Jasper Pocsik; and numerous extended family members. Mary’s family wishes to thank the healthcare professionals and staff working at both the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital and Cypress View Foundation for their dedication, care, and kindness. At Mary’s request, a funeral service will not be held at this time. A small graveside service will be held for close family members in the spring.
