Denis Kenneth Reiling of Medicine Hat passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at the age of 78 years, beloved husband of the late Marlene Reiling. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Mark Reiling and Michael Reiling both of Medicine Hat; one brother, Marvin Reiling of St.Albert; a close family friend, Eric Chow; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and good friends. He was predeceased by his wife, Marlene Reiling; and parents, Jacob and Lydia Reiling. Denis was born on February 1, 1946 and passed away on his 78th birthday in hospital with family and friends by his bedside. Over the years, Denis was employed with Medicine Hat Greenhouses and Redcliff Greenhouses. Denis had a beautiful yard full of flowers, trees, and shrubs, but his favorite were his roses. He enjoyed Tim Horton’s and watching sports. Those who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTRE on Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTRE on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. with Life Celebrant David Townsend officiating.
