DEL MERRICK 1955 ~ 2024 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Del (Delores) Merrick on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Del is survived by her husband, Lorne Merrick; son, Mark (Crystal) Durrant; son, William (Lorna) Merrick; daughter, Tina (Kevin) Steinke; grandson, Jordan Durrant; granddaughter, Amber Durrant; granddaughter, Kayla Merrick; grandson, Brady (Ashleigh) Merrick; grandson, Brad Steinke; granddaughter, Amanda (Ryan) Steinke; granddaughter, Katrina (Tylan) Cripps as well as numerous great-grandchildren. Del was predeceased by first husband, Darryl Durrant; mother, Mary (Sinora) and father, Tex. A Celebration of Del’s life will be held at Cook Southland Funeral Chapel, 901 – 13 Street SW, Medicine Hat on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Murray Jaster officiating.
