Leaving behind his mother, Sandra; three loving daughters, Nevaeha, Mylee and Meadow; and their mother Cody; brothers, Ryan (Jenn), Clay (Randi); nieces, Abby, Jaelyn, Bell, Jazmyn; nephews, Jaxtyn and Owen, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Cody was predeceased by his father, Lloyd Petrick; uncles, Jerry Petrick and Brian Silliphant; grandparents, Shorty & Isobel Petrick and Norm & Marguerite Silliphant.
Being the youngest brother, he grew up on baseball diamonds, hockey rinks or at the pools. Always trying to keep up with his brothers and cousins. Cody was a natural athlete who had a passion for sports and being outdoors, where he met many lifelong friends. He was full of energy and enthusiasm for whatever…
He had great pride and love for his daughters, enjoying many adventures and activities with them. Especially fishing and camping trips, that was his happy place. He was a great Dad; his daughters were his world.
Following in his father’s footsteps, Cody found a career in Pipeline construction, he met and gained many more lifelong bonds and friends. Cody was known for being a very hard worker with a strong drive and unmatched work ethic. He later became a journeyman Welder and did various jobs. Cody was always on the go, doing stuff of his own or helping others with their tasks, cleaning yards, cutting trees, fixing roofs. Whatever was needed, he was always a call away for those he cherished.
Cody will be missed by all. His huge heart, love, laughter, and energetic personality will not be forgotten.
