MILDRED KOSOLOFSKI 1934 ~ 2024 Mildred Kosolofski, beloved mother, grandmother, mother-in-law and friend, passed away peacefully on November 7, 2024. She was born in Birsay, Saskatchewan, to Gustav and Maria Kusisto, who instilled in her the values of hard work and resilience that she carried throughout her life. Mildred was a woman of remarkable spirit, characterized by her feisty nature and a deep appreciation for her alone time. While she cherished moments of solitude, she also flourished in the company of family and friends. In 1960 she married John at which time she left her nursing career to stay home to raise their children. Mildred discovered a passion for golf, taking up the sport at the age of 65. With determination and skill, she achieved two remarkable holes-in-one. These accomplishments brought her immense joy and became a cherished topic of conversation among her loved ones. Mildred is preceded in death by her loving husband, John Kosolofski, and her siblings, Laurie (in infancy), Wayne, Roy, and Ruth. She leaves behind a legacy of love and strength, survived by her sons, Adrian and Aaron, and her daughters, Lola (Clare), Nadine (Kasey), Delilah (Drew), and Delinda (Travis). Her family continued to grow with the addition of grandchildren, Katherine, Michael (Alissa), Megan (Tyler), Avery (Brennan), Arielle (John), Desiree (Nick), Andrea, Paige, Jazmin (Andrew), Aspen (Greg), Skylar (Jaren), and Salme, along with her precious great-grandchildren, Isadora, Emmett, Charlotte, Camille, Raiya, Dylann, Guage, Hudson, Reyda, J-Cee, Atlas, Nixon, and Kruz, as well as her numerous nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a family that is stronger for having known her, bound together by the love and memories she created. As we mourn the loss of a remarkable woman, we celebrate her life a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Mildred will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her feisty spirit and love will forever be a part of us.
