Posted: July 25th, 2025 CAROL ANN KELLY July 7, 1956 ~ July 16, 2025 It is with broken hearts the family of Carol Ann Kelly sadly announce her passing. She was a loving wife, amazing mother and an incredible Nana. Carol leaves behind to cherish her memory her adoring husband, Neil Kelly; son, Brad (Kelsie) Foote and their children, Sophie, Daphne, Cashius, Jayden and Chase; daughter, Candace (Chris) Bice and their children Quinn and Libby. She will also be fondly remembered and deeply missed by many extended family members and friends. Carol was a bright light and our world will be a lot dimmer without her.
