1939 ~ HARRIET DUNN ~ 2025 Harriet Gail Dunn (nee Benjamin) passed away with her family by her side on August 2, 2025, from Lewy-Body Dementia at the age of 86 years. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Cheryl Hento (Victor); sons, Robert Dunn (Susan) and Donald Dunn; sister, Patricia Kerr; grandsons, Jesse, Derek, and Nathan, as well as many nieces and nephews who she loved dearly. Harriet was predeceased by her husband, Gerald Dunn; parents, Kathlyn and Arthur Benjamin; and sister, Lorraine Furgeson. Harriet was born in Gull Lake, SK, and had a very long career in nursing. She was a proud alumni member of the Medicine Hat General Hospital School of Nursing class of 1960. She loved to travel, craft, and make beautiful quilts for her family to cherish. She was a member of UCW, PEO, and her favourite book club. The Memorial Service will be held at Saamis Memorial Funeral Chapel, 1 Dunmore Road SE, Medicine Hat, AB, on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 10:00 am with Pastor Shane Hein officiating. Harriet was my supervisor at Medical Arts Clinic….she was gentle and caring! Every Christmas she is remembered, her crocheted ornaments still hang on my tree, she gifted her staff with them every year! That was 40 Years ago❣️
