Mary Braun

1932 ~ 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Braun, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Mary passed away peacefully, surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and devotion that will forever be cherished by all who knew her.

Mary is lovingly survived by her husband of 75 years, Peter Braun; their daughter, Dixie Lynn Hill and her husband Lyle; granddaughter, Jessie Haig and her husband Rob and great-grandchildren, Kord and Shylo Dallas.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Pamela and her grandson, Dallas Hillman, whom she missed deeply.

Mary had a heart of gold and a love for her family that was undeniable. Her greatest joy was the life she shared with Peter — their bond was truly extraordinary. There was no truer love than theirs; they were not only partners in life but best friends through every season.

She devoted her life to caring for others and creating a warm, welcoming home filled with laughter, comfort and unconditional love. Her strength and gentle spirit touched the lives of everyone around her and her memory will continue to inspire her family for generations to come.
