LOWRY Carol Anne Lowry, 88, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2026 in Raymond, Alberta.
Carol was born in Watertown, South Dakota on December 21, 1937. She graduated from Gettysburg High School in South Dakota and attended Brigham Young University where she met her husband David Ezra Lowry of Cardston Alberta. They were married on September 11, 1957 and were later sealed in the Salt Lake City temple. After David’s graduation from BYU they established residence in Magrath. Together they raised a large family of 11 children with thirty-four grandchildren and thirty-nine great grandchildren. At the time of her passing she was a resident at the Diamond Willow Lodge.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday August 8, 2026 at 11:00 am in the GARDEN PLACE CHAPEL, 170 N Centre St, Magrath, Alberta. Family Visitation will be at the Garden Place Chapel from 6:30-7:30 pm on Friday August 7, 2026 and from 10:00-10:45 am on Saturday prior to the funeral services.
