HARVEY ROTH

HARVEY ROTH 1934 ~ 2026 Harvey Edward Roth, beloved husband of Marilyn Roth of Burstall, Saskatchewan, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2026, at the age of 92 years. Harvey was born on April 22, 1934, on his grandparent’s farm close to the town of Burstall. He attended Richville Country School until grade 10. After working at a few other jobs, he came back to the farm and farmed for the rest of his life. Harvey met and married his wife, Marilyn in 1964. They were married for 61 years and 10 months. They lived on the farm until 2015 and then moved to the town of Burstall. Harvey loved his church and was the Lay Leader for a number of years. He loved people and could strike up a conversation with anyone. Harvey leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife, Marilyn; his three children, Michael Roth, Cheryl (Ken) Pryzbilla and Dawn (Rodney) Howard; his two grandchildren, Amy Pryzbilla and Kolten Howard; his sister, Dianne (Ken) Connery; his sister-in-law, Marion Roth from Moose Jaw, SK, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Hulda Roth, his brother, Larry Roth and his two sisters, Mildred Heeg and Blanche Keating. Family and friends who wish to pay their respects may do so at the PATTISON FUNERAL HOME & CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTRE, on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the HOPE CHURCH, in Burstall, SK, on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. with Dr. Shane Andrus officiating.
