DENISE HOUFF June 15, 1962 ~ August 22, 2026
It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Denise ‘Dee’ Houff (nee Dupuis), beloved wife of Rocky Houff, on the morning of Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the age of 64 years.
Denise was predeceased by her brother, Larry (Phyllis) Sundstrom and her stepdaughter, Tanya Ellis.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Rocky, and a family who loved her deeply: Susan (Kim) Robertson, Taylor (Gabi) Morales Frank, Tim Klimuk and family, Troy (Teresa) Houff and family, and Travis Houff and family, Tim Ellis and family, along with many cherished nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Dee was truly one of a kind. Her mind was a place of endless possibilities always thinking, creating, imagining, and dreaming up something new. She had a personality that could never be duplicated and a way of leaving an impression everywhere she went.
But above all else, Dee had an enormous heart. She loved deeply and cared fiercely for the people who mattered to her. Her family was incredibly important to her, and the love she had for them could be felt in so many ways.
Dee brought laughter, stories, ideas, and a little bit of beautiful chaos wherever she went. She lived life as herself completely and unapologetically and those who knew and loved her will forever carry pieces of her with them.
Her absence leaves a space that simply cannot be filled. We will miss her laugh, her ideas, her stories, her love, and all of the little things that made her who she was.
She was deeply loved, and she will be deeply missed. In Dee’s honour, a Celebration of Life will be held in September.
