MANIQUET January 12, 1935 – September 18, 2026 ROY CARL MANIQUET passed away peacefully on Friday, September 18, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
Roy was the devoted husband of Madeline for 62 wonderful years. Together they built a life centered on love, family, and cherished memories.
He will be deeply missed by his wife, Madeline; his daughter, Deanna (Shawn) Toker; his son, Jay (Joanne) Maniquet; his granddaughter, Lyndsay (Todd) Walcott; and his cherished great-grandchildren, Addyson, Rowan, and Autumn.
Roy had a lifelong love of cats and was an enthusiastic follower of many sports. Whether cheering on his favourite teams or spending time with his beloved feline companions, these simple pleasures brought him great joy throughout his life.
He will be remembered for his kindness, strength, sense of humour, and unwavering devotion to his family. His legacy lives on through the family he treasured and the many memories they shared together.
In keeping with Roy’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. The family will hold a private service to celebrate his life and honour his memory.
Roy will be lovingly remembered and forever missed.
