ZAROWNY, Sherri-Lyn “Sherri”

ZAROWNY (nee ZACHARKO), Sherri-lyn Terra May 16, 1939 – October 10, 2026 The Lord, our Saviour, called SHERRI-LYN “SHERRI” TERRA ZAROWNY (nee ZACHARKO) to her forever home at the age of 87.
She will be missed and lovingly remembered by: her two daughters, Sharon of White Rock, BC and Sandy of Innisfil, ON., grandson Sean (Jillian) of Niagara Falls, ON., granddaughter Holly of Maple Ridge, BC., and her great-granddaughters Brooklyn and Violet of Niagara Falls.
She will also be missed by her sister Annie Nadon and numerous nieces, nephews and many loving friends.
Sherri was preceded by her loving husband of 60 years, Anthony “Tony” Zarowny, her son Roger Anthony, parents Xenia and Dmytro ZACHARKO, brother William and sister Katherine Krys.
Hardworking, determined, and generous, Sherri worked as a machine line operator and was known for standing up for the underdog. She was a talented seamstress who lovingly sewed matching outfits for her girls. She enjoyed long road trips which took her through every state of the US. She also loved to entertain, and spend time with family and friends.
Sherri will be remembered for her strength, loyalty, generosity, creativity, and loving spirit. She is now reunited with Tony and Roger in eternal peace. Rest in peace, Sherri. You will forever be in our hearts.
As per Sherri’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. Her immediate family will have a private Celebration of Life at a later date in BC.
