MARY EILEEN KEMP February 17th, 1956 October 26th, 2026 It is with profound sadness that the family of Mary Eileen Kemp (nee Gallivan) announce her peaceful passing on October 26th, 2026.
Mary is survived by her adoring daughter, Janet; brother, Jim Gallivan; sister, Catherine (Keith) Bertrand and family; brother-in-law, Terry Kemp and family; sister-in-law, Madeline Donaldson and family.
She is predeceased by her loving husband, Ross Kemp; parents, Vince and Yvonne Gallivan; in-laws, Fred and Vera Kemp.
Born and raised in Belleville, Ontario, Mary fell in love with travelling and eventually made her way to Medicine Hat. She spent many years happily married to Ross and doted on her lovely daughter, Janet.
She had a giving spirit and a strong faith which was apparent by her involvement in her Church and the many mission trips she was able to participate in.
As Per Mary’s wishes, the family will be having a private graveside service at the Redcliff Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Mary has asked that donations be made to the Parkinson’s Society on her behalf at donate.parkinson.ca
