  3. Mandi Brotherwood says:

I never really got to know my uncle before he passed, but I’ve seen pictures and heard stories. I wish I could’ve met him now, when I’m a lot older and can understand how much of an amazing person he was. I’ve heard that I have taken after my uncle a lot, in many things. However, I know I will never be half the man or kind person he was. I miss him, and seeing that they put my name in his obituary when I was only a small child when this happened, warms my heart. I’ll remember the stories of me, my uncle, and my family till the end of my days.
