Posted: April 4th, 2013MR. WILLIAM “BILL” CHARLES JOBLONKAY, passed away in Lethbridge, on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the age of 78 years.
He is survived by, Wendy Harvey (beloved companion of 19 years),
He is the loving father of Donna Derksen, Grandson Brett Nakonechny of Calgary, Randy (Teresa) Joblonkay, and Grandchildren Michael & Jessy of Lethbridge, Tim (Margaret) Joblonkay, Grandchildren Darren & Christina of Lethbridge, Sharleen Brown of Lethbridge.
He is also survived by his brother John (Mary Louise) Joblonkay of Calgary.
He was predeceased by his brother Frank (Norma) Joblonkay.
Bill was a country boy – Always fun loving and passionate about his heritage. He loved the land; one of his greatest pleasures was driving through the country side enjoying scenes of the old farmstead’s. He excelled in his artistic ability, was an accomplished musician, acoustic, steel and electric guitars, playing all various venues throughout southern Alberta.
Above all Bill loved his family and was really proud of his children and grandchildren.
A Private Family Service will be held.
