TAKAO TAKAHASHI, beloved husband to Fumiko Takahashi, passed away in Lethbridge, AB on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the age of 82 years.
A private family memorial service will be held at Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home on Friday, April 5, 2013 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. at 703 13th Street North, Lethbridge, AB T1H 2T2.
Tak is survived by his wife, Fumi Takahashi and by his 3 children: Tim, Tracy and Bonnie. Tak has 6 grandchildren (Thomas, Brynley, Kathryn, Emma, Ashley and Tyler) and 1 great grandchild (Maeve). Tak will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
The Takahashi family would like to thank the wonderful emergency staff at the Chinook Regional Hospital, and kind staff of the Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral home for their care and compassion.
