It is with deep sorrow that the family of Mary Florence Turnbull announce
her passing in Taber on Friday, May 3, 2013 at the age of 91 years.
Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the Southland
Funeral Chapel, 5006 – 48 Avenue, Taber on Friday, May 10, 2013 between 7:00
P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at St. Theodore’s Anglican Church, 5120 –
44 Avenue, Taber on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. with Reverend Erin
Phillips officiating. Burial to follow at the Prairieview Cemetery, Grassy
Lake. Condolences may be forwarded by visiting our website at

Mary is survived by her three children Wallace Jr. (Atie) Turnbull of
Stettler, Ken (Sharon) Turnbull of Lethbridge, Murray (Wanda) Turnbull of
Lethbridge, son-in-law Clarence Kunz of Taber, daughter-in-law Donna
Turnbull of Lethbridge, sister-in-law Dora Warren of Bow Island and by
numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Wallace “Buck” Turnbull, daughter
Florence Kunz, sons Lynn Turnbull and Lee Turnbull, grandson Troy Turnbull,
brothers George Warren, Donald Warren and sister-in-law Vera Warren.
Mary was born July 17, 1921 in Purple Springs. She lived, worked and raised
her family in Grassy Lake. In her later years, she moved to Taber so she
would be closer to her church where she served as a lay reader until her
passing.

to St. Theodore’s Anglican Church, 5120 – 44 Avenue, Taber, Alberta T1G
