In his younger years, he attended Levern School and Kainai Middle School where he enjoyed playing basketball and participating in long distant running. He also enjoyed fishing, swimming, helping the Hairy Bull family with tipi poles in the summer, doing yard work for various relatives. Being the youngest child, he was often depended upon to cook when his older siblings were "lazy" or so he would tell them. Our baby son, little brother, cousin and friend will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
