It is with great sadness and heavy hearts to announce the passing of TRISTAN DRAKE LEE PEPION (KAA NATSU MAAHKA — BRAVE RUNNER) on July 13, 2013 Calgary AB at the age of 14. He was born in Lethbridge AB on April 14th , 1999. Beloved son of Randy Pepion & Bobbie Girl Plaited Hair; his siblings: Ciara, Jada, Rome, & Destiny Pepion. TRISTAN was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Donald Twigg (Jr), paternal grandmother Anne Marie North Peigan. Great Grandparents: Willard Pepion; Mildred Under Bear- Pepion; Robert North Peigan; Hazel Stripped Squirrel; Sydney Plaited Hair Sr., Beatrice Big Swallow, Cousins: Erin North Peigan, Mario Pepion, Micheal Big Swallow, Tracey Twigg. He is survived by his grandparents Ivan Pepion, Cindy Plaited Hair great grandparents Donald Big Swallow Sr.; Phyllis Plaited Hair. Uncles: Ivan (Dana) Pepion; Ferlin Plaited Hair (Angie Good Running); Aunties: Angie (Tim Cree Medicine) Pepion; Pam North Peigan; Nikki Plaited Hair (Christopher White Man Left) Cheyenne; Jessica Good Rider (Charles Shouting). A Family Service will be held at 5:00 PM, on Thursday July 18th, 2013, at Eden’s Funeral Home 2424 5th Ave Fort Macleod, AB, followed by a Wake Service at 7:00 PM at Senator Gladstone Hall, Stand Off AB, and will continue through the night. A Funeral Service Will Be Held at 11:00 AM, Friday July 19th, 2013 at Senator Gladstone Hall, Stand Off AB.
