SLEZINA Amy

AMY LYNN SLEZINA, beloved daughter of Linda & Gary Slezina, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, August 9th, 2013 at the age of 29 years.Amy is survived by her Grandmother Frieda Hass of Coaldale, Grandmother Angela Slezina of Lethbridge, Special Aunt & Uncle Lyle & Ursula Wilson of Coaldale, “Big Bro” Derek Cyre of Lethbridge, God Child Trinity Cyre of Lethbridge (With Whom she had a bond like no other), Lonnie Slezina of Lethbridge and Jackie and the boys all of Lethbridge. Amy is also survived by other numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins too numerous to mention. Amy was predeceased by her Uncle Willie Hass Jr., grandpa Frank Slezina as well as uncle Ken Slezina. A Special Thank you to Dr. Benke for fighting for Amy all the way. A Celebration of Life will be held at IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH, #20 Rocky Mountain Blvd. W. Lethbridge, AB. on Wednesday, August 14th, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Nathan Fuehrer Officiating.
