BROWN Yutta

March 6, 1946 – November 5, 2013 It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Yutta, after an unexpected illness, on Tuesday November 5th, 2013 in Calgary.

She is survived by her husband Ron Brown of Calgary; the Petek children Bernice (James), Steven (Rose), Jeannet and Katrina (Dallas); seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two step children, Larry and Lorne Brown, two step-grandchildren and one step-great-grandchild. Yutta is also survived by her siblings Reinhald, Helga, Oswin, Renee and Heinz. Yutta resided in Calgary but was a long time resident of Claresholm. She was born March 6, 1946 in Saxon, Germany. Anyone who knew Yutta knows she was a bright spark in this world. Her amazing laugh was only outshone by her larger than life bubbly personality. A celebration of life will be held Saturday November 9th, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Leyden’s Chapel of Remembrance (4079 1st Street West, Claresholm) with Pastor Stefan Ulrich presiding. A luncheon will follow at the Claresholm Community Centre. The family requests that you bring a single flower to the service to build a bouquet.
