Phyllis Margaret Lewicki (nee Firth), beloved wife of Henry Lewicki of Lethbridge, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at the age of 77 years. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Northside Chapel, 2223 – 6 ‘A’ Avenue North, Lethbridge on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 between 7:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. and also prior to the funeral service in the Relief Society Room at the church on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 between 12:00 P.M. and 12:40 P.M.
The Funeral Service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Northside Chapel, 2223 – 6 ‘A’ Avenue North, Lethbridge on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. Besides her loving husband Henry, Phyllis is survived by their son Derek Lewicki of Lethbridge and his children Bailey, Kassidy and Mackenzie; their daughter Denise Kamphuis of Lethbridge and her children Connor, Alexandria and Ethan. She is also survived by her sister Jane (Eric) Oxley; brothers Bill (Bev) Firth, Gary (Diane) Firth and sister-in-law Hugette Firth and by numerous nieces and nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by her parents Christopher and Catherine Firth; her brother Edward Firth; sister Gwen Wilk and brother-in-law Frank Wilk. Phyllis was born in Taber on March 15, 1936. on March 30, 1968, she married Henry Lewicki. Phyllis spent many years working in the secretarial field. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family.
