Posted: December 4th, 2013MR. ROBERT CROSKERY, beloved husband of Mrs. Joan Croskery of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, November 22, 2013 at the age of 87 years. A Celebration of Life will be held at ST. AUGUSTINE’S ANGLICAN CHURCH, 411 – 11 Street South, Lethbridge on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. with Canon James Robinson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Augustine’s Anglican Church Renovation Fund in memory of Robert Croskery. Cheques are to be made payable to St. Augustine’s Anglican Church and mailed to: 411 11 St. South, Lethbridge, AB. T1J 2N9
I ran across this online while looking for something else. It brought back wonderful memories of our time in Lethbridge with “cousin” Bob and Joan. They were both so “special.” Bob’s art and Joan’s piano virtuosity and splendid outlook on life were inspirational.
As relatives, the connection was too far back…buried in the lore of Ireland. However, our spiritual kinship motivated us to adopt one another as “cousins.”
