Lewis George Postman was born on March 28, 1937 in Lethbridge. He passed away peacefully at the Community Health Centre in Fort Macleod, on April 7, 2014 at the age of 77 years; he was beloved husband of Jean (nee Veenland). Besides his loving wife of 57 years, Lewis is survived by four sons & their families, Kelvin (Bonny), Terry (Gail), James (Bernice) & Len; grandchildren; Ken (Erica), Jeff (Julie), Colby, Justin (Mandi), David (Bonnie), Seana (Delbert), Dakota (Kenzie), Merissa (Joel), Mykaila, Myranda, Ashleigh; 13 great-grandchildren; brother Henry; sister Nettie (Ron) Wilson; brothers-in-law Peter, Klass and sister-in-law Clara Veenland. He was preceded by his parents Gerrit & Johanna Postman; sisters- in-law Alice Postman & Minnie Veenland. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the CHRISTIAN REFORMED CHURCH OF GRANUM, located 8km East of Granum on Highway 519.
