WEST Glenroy

Our family wish to announce the death of our older brother GLENROY LAWRENCE WEST, resident of Lee Crest Cardston. After a traumatic experience, he was seen driving his El Camino through the Pearly Gates on 14 July, 2014. He is survived by brothers Bob (Edmonton) and Bus (Lethbridge); sisters Kathy Beck (Magrath) and Donna (Alvin) Tietz (Lethbridge); numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Vernon Lawrence West and Mary Olyve Brunsdale West; a brother-in-law Ron Beck and a sister-in-law Laura West. Glenroy grew up on the ranch and attended school in Mountain View. He attended university in Calgary and served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the California Mission. He enjoyed many sports and dancing was a passion of his. He enjoyed meeting and talking to people of any race or ethnicity and, like Nathaniel of old, he was a man without guile. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
