It is with indescribable sadness we share the passing of our beloved mother, Nana, sister and friend on Monday, August 11, 2014 at the age of 77. Barb is survived by her loving daughters Pamela (Ron), Kim, Robyn (Dean), her grandchildren Michael and Danielle Wenzlawe and Taylor and Nicole Jensen. She is survived by her siblings Bonnie and Gary Kirk of Lethbridge. Barb is predeceased by her loving husband of 25 years John Bosnak, her parents William and Hazel Kirk and Barb’s dear friend and companion Eddie King. Barb’s high school years proved to be of great significance as she met her best friend Donella and pursued her calling in health care. Barb was the heart of the Bosnak household ensuring it was a safe harbor to anyone who needed a cup of coffee or an understanding ear. She devoted much of her time with her children and grandchildren sharing her love of music, dance, travel and chocolate ice cream. Our family would like to extend gratitude and appreciation to everyone who invested care and comfort at various facilities over the last three months. A heartfelt thank you to the angels at Rosedale Hospice whose unreserved compassion, dignity and grace ensured Barb remained comfortable and respected.
