JONES Sherry

It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of our daughter, our sister, our niece and our friend, Sherry Lynn Jones on November 21, 2014 at the age of 53 years. We are, and forever will be, in awe of her great strength, love of life and the courageous battle she fought against cancer. She is survived by her beloved mother, Margaret (John) Stolk of Hillcrest Mines, AB; her sisters, Tina Fujimagari and Lisa (Tim) Jones; her aunts, Joni (Clarence) Bohmer and Sandra Dascoisne; her cousins, Joyce (David) Dewald and family, Chance & Jace Bohmer, Tanya (Cam) Plonka and Eric (Peg) Jones and family in Wales; her extended family as well as the many friends she made throughout her lifetime. The Celebration of Life honouring Sherry’s memory will be held on November 27, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Fantin\’s Funeral Chapel in Blairmore with Rev. Renso Castellarin officiating. A Visitation of Farewell was held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 for family & friends. Donations in memory of the late Sherry Jones may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the local SPCA.
