It is with profound sadness the family announce the passing of Billy Salomons on Sunday, July 12th, 2015. She will be dearly missed by her husband John; her children Lisa Blais (Chris), Paul Salomons (Amy), Peter Salomons (Lindsay), Teresa Chambers (Brad) and Coralee Salomons, her brother John Loader (Amy), her beloved grandchildren, nieces, family members and her many dear friends.

Billy faced her battle with cancer with courage and grace and never let her diagnosis stop her from loving and living life to its fullest. During her final days she was surrounded by many of her loved ones and friends and she passed away with her husband and soulmate by her side.

Billy will be remembered as the “love and sunshine” in many of our lives and will be dearly missed.

A celebration of Billy’s life will take place with family and friends on August 22nd, 2015. Those wishing to make a memorial donation in honour of Billy can make one to the: Canadian Cancer Society, 19 – 9th Avenue South, Cranbrook, British Columbia, V1C 2L9 or a charity of your choice.
