INGA JESSWEIN of Lethbridge passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on September 28, 2015 at the age of 64 years after courageously facing pancreatic cancer.

Other grieving family members include Chris Jesswein of Edmonton, Kari Jesswein of Edmonton, Wayne and Almeta Matthews of Lethbridge, Carol Wilton of Medicine Hat, Richard and Cheryl Wilton of Waterloo, Ontario, and Garth and Sue Graham of Lethbridge.

Inga felt our purpose in life is to help others. She touched many through her careers in personal and financial counseling, her political activities and her support of the Sunrise Lethbridge Rotary Club in its many service projects. The world is a poorer place without her.

Inga’s many friends are invited to join with her family in celebrating her life at McKillop United Church 2329 15 Ave S, Lethbridge on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 2:00 PM.

4 Condolences for “JESSWEIN Inga”

  1. Ruth Kereliuk says:

I remember Inga when i first started university as a mature student back in the early 70’s. I was so nervous and unsure but her encouragement always was, ‘you can do this’ and so I did. Thanks for the encouragement Inga! I am sure that I am not alone in this sentiment.

  2. Helen Hoy says:

When I think of Inga, I think of her laugh, a little breathless and surprised, full of delight with what she was observing. I will miss her and the enthusiasm she felt for life.

  3. Mary Thompson says:

Inga was a model Rotarian in all ways. Her dedication to the ShelterBox program is what I will remember best. She hauled the heavy demo Shelter Box kit out to Coaldale for our club to see firsthand and with great patience, taught us how to work as a team to convert a jumble of tent poles and fabric into a comfortable and secure temporary shelter. Rest well, Rotarian Inga.

  4. Aishield Barrantes says:

I am so sorry for your loss. I only met Inga once and we had a good laugh. She was a people person. She made me feel very comfortable. She was my financial planning lady for my RRSP through my job.
I just learned about her passing 2 days ago.
