DANIEL ROBERT REID, born January 10, 1962 in Salmon Arm, B.C., passed away on May 10, 2016 in Lethbridge, AB.
Dan resided in Alberta all his life: in Calgary, Canmore, Strathmore and finally Lethbridge. He was predeceased by his father Robert “Bob” Reid in 1970 and his mother Lorraine Reid in 1977.
He is survived by his son Dustin M.A. (Ashlee) Reid, grandsons: Nixxon age four years and Brady two years, daughter Samantha Lynn (Quentin) Ebertz and grandson Tenneson age 1 year. Daniel is also survived by his partner Katherine Thompson, sisters: Peggy Anne (Garry) Todd and Darlene (Bill) Hazelton, three nephews: Levi Todd, Cody Todd and Ben Hazelton and one niece Noelle Carrier, three great-nieces: Michela, MacKenzie and Moira and great-nephew Elliott.
A Celebration of Life will take place at the residence of Mike Jarakosky, Twp Rd 7-2, South of the Lethbridge Airport, S.E. of UltraLight Flight Centre, watch for signs, on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. All friends and acquaintances welcome.

Its been a year already eh . I first met Dan at a rig he had no coveralls and my h2s just expired so they would not let me in so I gave him my covys so he could get his job done. Nothing but good talks and he was a good guy and happy to have met him
Well brother dear it is coming up 3 years. I miss you everyday, Iove you always. I pray that you can see the void you left in all of us. You are never far from our minds. You have 4 beautiful grandchildern. You now have two new nephews. Noelle talks about your visits and it gives her comfort. I love you brother dear always. Little sis.
