Mrs. Hazel Lucas (Corbett) passed away at St. Michaels Palliative Care Unit in Lethbridge after a lengthy illness on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the age of 71 years. Hazel was born July 9, 1945 in Barwick, Scotland. She is predeceased by her husband Louis Maurice Lucas (2001). She is survived by her mother Helen Corbett; her brother Derek Corbett (Australia); her daughter Sapphire Lucas; her son Glen & Darlene Lucas; her granddaughters Denise Lucas, Devon (Brett) Garberg, Sydney Lucas-Rhyno; and her great granddaughters Kaydence Lucas, Audrina Overbo and Summer Garberg. A private service will be held at a later date.

I heard about Hazel’s passing with shock and a great deal of sadness. Heart hugs to Helen, my dear friend and all of Hazel’s family. I would like to attend the service, when a date is set.
