We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Pat. In the short time that we knew her, we could see what a wonderful lady she was. She shared a table with our dad, Allan Chambers at St. Michael’s. They became friends right away and she was always concerned for him and visited him almost daily when he was moved to palliative care.

We always looked forward to our visits with Pat. She was such a gentle spirit and a light to those around her. Despite her own illness, she was always smiling and had such a positive outlook on life. We will miss her! May she now rest in peace!
