CORALEE PURNELL passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at the age of 60 years. She is the beloved wife of Gary Purnell, mother of Chad (Shannon) Leavitt, Tyler (Becky) Leavitt, Randi (Kevin and Bobbi) Olsen, Kyle Leavitt, and Kasz (Brittany) Leavitt. She was predeceased by her daughter Randi and son Kyle. Her final moments were spent in the arms of her husband and surrounded by her family and loved ones. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she will be greatly missed. Coralee was born and raised in Cardston, AB, and was one of six children born to Dean and Thelma Quinton. She possessed a zest for life and a love and concern for all those around her. Coralee enjoyed showing her latest creations and was always looking for new ways to express her creative abilities. She was always excited to be surrounded by family and loved having the grandkids over as often as possible. She carried painful struggles until the end, but she persevered throughout. Friends may meet the family on Sunday, June 11 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the LDS – East Stake Centre, 4105 Forestry Avenue South, Lethbridge, or prior to the funeral service on Monday from 12:00 noon to 12:50 p.m. at the church. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 12, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, EAST STAKE CENTRE. Interment to follow in the Archmount Cemetery.
