EVANSON
RICHARD KENT EVANSON, passed away peacefully on August 2. Predeceased by his mother Mildred in 2015 and Richard in 1969. Survived by his wife Iris and their small army of 7 children and their spouses (Nathan & Tricia, Richard & DeLynne, Kendon &
Kayleen, Katrina & Stepen, Joshua & Carey, Bradley & Mariah, Michael & Amy)
and 25 grandchildren.

Kent was born in Taber, served a mission in Norway, danced at BYU and
graduated as a Teacher from the University of Lethbridge. He loved to teach
and he loved people. Some would describe him as serious, but the rest of us
knew the man that would sneak around the corner as soon as possible so he
could laugh. Always a glint in his eye, always a smile and always room for
laughter.

His highly unprofitable and successful computer and photography businesses
will be missed, but we will all enjoy dreaming of what he is busy with now.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Stirling Chapel at 11:00am on August 5, 2017 to
celebrate his life.
