ORMANDY
I Am Still With You
I give you this one thought to keep
I am with you still – do not weep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle autumn’s rain
When you awaken in the morning hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circle flight

GERTRUDE ANN ORMANDY, beloved wife of the late Ernest Ormandy, of Lethbridge, passed away at the Legacy Lodge, on Monday, September 10, 2018 at the age of 95 years.
She is the loving mother of children Bill Ormandy (Brenda Russell) of Lethbridge, Katie (Dennis) Goshinmon of Lethbridge and James (Sheila) Patterson of Edmonton; 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Ellsworth Patterson of Sackville, N.B.
Besides her loving husband Ernest, Gertrude was predeceased by her sons Leonard (Pauline) and Charles (Marjory) and daughter Christine (Dennis) Ito.
Much love and gratitude to the caregivers at Legacy Lodge. Angels do walk among us.

Gert was such a joy to work with. She brightened my day everyday I came into work. Her and her humor will be deeply missed.

She was my last remaining Aunt and I will miss her. She has gone on to join my Dad her brother up in Heaven. One day we shall see her again. God be with you and your family at this time.
