LARSEN

MARI LYN LARSEN, beloved wife of Ronald Larsen, passed away March 20, 2020 at the Raymond Hospital after a long fight with a failing body. She was born in Raymond on January 20,1943 to Claude Adamson and Thora Garner Adamson. Her family lived in many places and she was schooled in many schools but ended up in Raymond where she met Ron in 1960.

She suffered a severe auto accident leaving her left arm paralyzed, but in spite of that they were married on July 2, 1962. They had a family of two girls and two boys; Darcy Anne, Erin Lynn, Robin Kenneth and Adam Ronald. They have 13 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren with two more on the way.

Lyn went back to school later in life and got her University Degree from the U of L and taught school for 12 years. There was never a challenge too big for Lyn and she served in many capacities in the church and in the communities she lived. Lyn sang in a choir that performed on the stage of the famous Hospburg Festival in Austria and was a choir member of the Adelle Armstrong Singers in Medicine Hat for many years.

A private family viewing will be held on Wednesday March 25, 2020 with interment on Thursday March 26, 2020.

Due to the restrictions regarding COVID-19, a Memorial Service will be held at a future date.
