TYLER DAVID HAMILTON, beloved husband to Shelley and cherished father to Alyssa, passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at the age of 47 years.

Besides his loving wife Shelley and cherished daughter Alyssa, Tyler is survived by his parents Pat and Carol Hamilton of Lethbridge, grandma Lorna Vandervaulk of Lethbridge and sisters Shannon (Darren) Gotzitza of Vulcan and Carmen (Trevor) McNamara of Lethbridge. Tyler is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his grandparents Gordon and Eveline Hamilton, grandfather Vernon Burrows and father-in-law Greg Metzger.

When he was young, Tyler was very active in hockey, soccer, skateboarding and BMX. As he grew older, he became interested in fitness and compt bodybuilding. In July of 1998, he married Shelley Metzger of Wrentham and had daughter Alyssa Rae in November of the same year. Alyssa was his joy and love of his life. He enjoyed working on cars with his dad and fishing with his daughter. Tyler loved to travel with his wife, spend time and care for his animals and spending time with kids! He loved his family and was always worried about his family. Tyler will be remembered and missed by all those who loved him.

Tyler’s life and legacy will be remembered in private by the family.
